1. Send your order by submitting the following form:

 

2. An invoice will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your order.

   Payment amount, account and other payment details will be included in this email.

    We strive to send you the invoice as soon as we receive your order.

 

3. Kindly make your payment and email us the payment details within 48 hours after you have received the invoice.

    You may make your payment by using Internet Banking or POSB ATM Transfer.

    Payment details required in this email are as follow:

    For internet banking : transaction reference, date & time, amount and internet banking nickname.

    For POSB ATM transfer: photo of the transfer slip.

 

4. Once payment is verified, we will send you an ‘confirmation email’. At the same time, your order will be mailed to you. Please allow 3 to 5  

    working days for receipt of goods.

 

Shipping & Postage:

Normal Mail : Depends on the weight of the item, please refer to the details of each item.

Registered Mail: Additional S$2.50 on top of the normal mail postage.

 

NOTE: All items will be examined and carefully wrapped before shipping. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost of parcel in the shipping process. As such, we strongly recommend that you choose registered mail for shipping.

2. Deliveries are made in Singapore only.

3. Due to monitor setting & lighting issue during photo taking, the colour of the actual item may appear slightly different from that shown in

    the photo.

4. All measurements of the item may have a slight deviation of approximately +/- 1 or 2 cm.

5. Goods sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    Exchange will only be allowed when an incorrect item is sent. Ajendes’s decision on exchange shall be final.
